All's Well Ends Well 2011 (最强喜事) is directed by Chan Hing-ka and Janet Chun, produced by Raymond Wong (黃百鳴). Main cast are Donnie Yen (甄子丹), Louis Koo (古天乐), Carina Lau (刘嘉玲), Raymond Wong (黃百鳴), Cecilia Cheung (张柏芝), Chapman To (杜汶泽), Lynn Hung (熊黛林) and Yan Ni (闫妮). 

From GSC, the synopsis : In the latest instalment of "All's Well Ends Well", Cecilia Cheung acts as a worker in a cosmetic company, who is loved by her boss, played by Louis Koo. And at the same time, a rich man played by Chapman To also falls in love with her. Many hilarious situations happen between the three of them. Meanwhile, Donnie Yen takes up the role of a cosmetics sales clerk who is romantically linked with model Carina Lau Ka Ling's character. Donnie is reported not to have any fight scenes in this movie.

I loved watching comedy movies a lot, that is because it makes me laugh and forgets about the stress that i am having for awhile. And since now it is CNY and i got a lot of stress -getting from all the piled-up assignments, presentations and tests-I really need to enjoy a good laugh. ^^  When i was watching this movie, got a few parts that I laugh non-stop. It is just too hilarious.. =) Especially when Chapman To puts on make-up, wear a wig and a purple dress, then, he sang the now-famous China song "tan te" (忐忑). 

In this movie, there are 4 couples involved (Louis Khoo - Cecilia, Raymond - Yan Ni, Donnie Yen - Carina Lau, Chapman To - Lynn Hung). The story begins from Louis Khoo, he was putting make up to get ready for his work, he then introduce himself and said that he did not put make up but is concealing his "real nature" due to his type of work. Louis Khoo's character is a famous make-up artist called Sammy. Everyone called him Teacher Sammy. Sammy pretended to be gay in this movie. He is then "conned" to take up a job at Dream's (Yan Ni) company, who her boyfriend-husband-to-be, Ken (Raymond Wong) -oil's tycoon - just bought for her so that she won't be free to disturb him. At first Sammy don't want to accept the job but Ken offers to pay him a huge salary, therefore, Sammy immediately accepted the job. Claire (Cecilia Cheung) was introduced to him during a meeting, his first impression on her is very bad. Claire keeps explaining to him that she was his assistant and not his secretary, Louis asks the difference and when Claire begin to explain to him, Louis shut her off. 

During one of the project, Sammy, Claire together with the marketing department and models, they went off to the sea for the shooting of the advertisement for their make-up company. It is during that time that Cecilia was first introduced to Smoothies (Chapman To) by Sammy. Sammy wants to match make Claire with Smoothies. Slowly, he realised that he was in love with Claire. But Smoothies wanted to propose to Claire soon. Who will Claire choose in the end? Will it be Sammy or Smoothies?

Sammy brings his buddy, Ron (Ronnie Yen), who is a salesman and also a  make-up artist, into the company to work with him. Ron kept his love for Mona (Carina Lau), a novelist who always act as different people when she wanted to write her novel, although they already break up for a very long time (Mona was his first love). Will Mona notice his love for her in the end? How will Mona react to it? When Ron calls home to tell his family that he was bringing a friend back for dinner, his whole family misunderstood his meaning and thought that he was bringing back his girlfriend home. So when Ron appears with Sammy at dinner time, his family was in a great shock. This was a scene that i've laugh non-stop until it pains my chest.. Lol..

This is the 6th movie of All's Well Ends Well series, and as usual, it contains a lot of laughing plot inside. There are many different issues and conflicts involved but eventually in the end, there will of course be happy ending. When Donnie Yen needs to put make up on 10 faces at a time, it was a very funny scene indeed. We are used to see Donnie involved in a fight scene but during this scene, he was more like using kung-fu to put make up on the faces. It felt weird to me that Donnie need to act quite sissy in this movie, it just didn't suite his image! However, it is a big congratulates to all of them for such a good quality show! I will recommend this movie to you if you wanted to enjoy a good laugh. =)
